Description
- Evidence Portfolio:
- We require evidence of onsite supervision and experience implementing WHS programs.
- A typical portfolio will consist of the following documents signed off by yourself, or relating to your work:
- ID and Resume
- SWMS / JSA / CRAW or Risk Assessment
- High-level Risk Management Plans or organisational WHS policies.
- Evaluations of risk control effectiveness or Audit Reports.
- Additional WHS/OHS docs, including behavioural observations or other infield KPI.
- In Class Requirements:
- Laptop computer with wifi capability.
- Copy of your site’s Health and Safety Management System (MSMS) for reference.
- Outcomes:
- Facilitate Identification: Identify internal/external WHS information and legislative requirements.
- Lead Risk Assessment: Direct hazard identification processes and document comprehensive risk assessments.
- Lead Risk Control: Select and implement suitable controls according to the hierarchy of control and WHS laws.
- Evaluate Effectiveness: Monitor and review the overall organisational WHS risk management process.
